The Summer Term is in full swing here at Blundell's, and with OB Day and Speech Day just around the corner, I wanted to keep you updated on some forthcoming events. I am especially excited to let you know that the school choir will be singing Evensong at Westminster Abbey in July. Many thanks to David Stanton (W 1974-79), Sub Dean & Treasurer at the Abbey, who has kindly offered to host those from the Blundell's Community wishing to attend — further details below.

Blundell's T20 Cricket & BBQ evening
Join us for an exciting evening on Friday 21st June from 5:30pm to 10pm.
Enjoy hot food from our BBQ, refreshing drinks from our bar, outdoor games and lively music. Plus our Blundell's XI will be playing T20 cricket against the OB team on Big Field.

Old Blundellian Day
The Old Blundellian Club are delighted to announce that OB Day will be taking place on Saturday 22nd June. We are thrilled that Olivia Pinkney née Richards (GH 1986-88), until recently, Chief Constable of Hampshire Constabulary and currently Deputy Lieutenant of West Sussex, will be our President for the day. Tickets are £30 and include pre-lunch drinks, lunch with wine and tea at the Beale Centre. Our ticket deadline is the 8th June.

Chamber Choir at Westminster Abbey
We are delighted to announce that our Chamber Choir will be performing Evensong at Westminster Abbey on Monday 15th July at 5pm. The service is free and we would like to warmly invite you to join us.
Music at Blundell's has flourished in recent years, and our Chamber Choir has reached a level of excellence worthy of such a prestigious occasion. A reception and book launch will be held afterwards in the Cloisters, to join us please RSVP here:

Touch Rugby
Our Touch Rugby Tournament is back! Join us on Sunday 8th September, from 12 - 5pm on Big Field. It’s a 6-a-side tournament with a maximum of 10 players per team.
Enjoy the BBQ, bar, cakes, and kids' games. £10 per person, which includes a burger, pint, and a charity donation. Kindly sponsored by The Butterleigh Inn and Scrub Daddy.

1970's & 1980's OB Reunion
We would like to warmly invite all of our OB's who were here in 1970's and 1980's for a grand reunion on Friday 27th September. It will be great occasion to reconnect, share memories, and catch up on life after Blundell's. The evening will include a drinks reception and food. Further details will be sent out in due course.

The Snow Ball
Get your black tie and dancing shoes ready for our big ball on Friday 22nd November. The event is open to our entire community and will feature great food, live music, and a bar. It's an evening you won't want to miss, so be sure to pop it in your calendar early!
