Old Blundellian Theatre Production – This December

A young theatre group of Old Blundellians is aiming to raise awareness and funds for a mental health charity with a specially-written play based in Devon. The comedic tragedy opens in the Second World War and follows the life of Richard, a Devon farmer, through to later life as he struggles with dementia, while his friends have their own battles with anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. The humorous dialogue will have the audience laughing and crying as they watch the characters adapt to the changing world around them.

Hare & Hounds - London Alumni Race

Calling all Alumni Runners, join us for our annual Hare and Hounds Alumni Race at Wimbledon Common, London at 2.30pm on Saturday 11 December.

Non-alumni runners welcome but they will not score for the team.

1604 Society Recent Members

Thank you to the two Old Blundellians who have recently joined our 1604 Society by pledging to the School in their Wills.

As a small gesture of our appreciation they will receive the 1604 Society pin and be invited to annual dinners hosted by the Head.

Take a Seat Concert – A Concert for our Donors

After a long wait, we were delighted to host a reception and musical concert for donors of our ‘Take a Seat’ initiative.

Over 150 donors bought 300+ chairs for Big School. Each chair has a small plaque adhered to the back to recognise their support.

To thank these donors, they were invited back for a reception followed by a Chamber Orchestra Concert of ‘The Carnival of the Animals’ so they could sit in their seats!
